I would note that even UN who very very very cautious when naming things what they are found very creepy wording formula on this usage of camite against peaceful protesters:
"[led her] to consider [the use of chemicals in water cannon] as an experimental weapon" and that this experimental use would "absolutely" be a human rights violation."
