Also, VERY good encounter with Tojo, who used to be one of the kids bullying Amane before he moved to another town. I think Tojo was left regretting his life choices, Mahiru was her typically sweet self but I think that just made the brutal truths she was delivering hit all the harder… #TheAngelNextDoorSpoilsMeRotten
Amane’s parents are definitely a worry…but they CARE about Amane which, given her own horrible family background, means that Mahiru just ADORES them, possibly as much as they adore HER. #TheAngelNextDoorSpoilsMeRotten

#TheAngelNextDoorSpoilsMeRotten remains an utterly sweet show. So today was a summer/pool episode and there’s a scene of Amane quietly chatting with his best friend about how happy he is to see Mahiru SMILING and enjoying having fun with others.

That right there is the core of the show. That Mahiru IS a happier person right now than she was, and that that alone can make Amane happy himself.

Yep, there it is. HAND HOLDING IN PUBLIC. HOW LEWD!

#TheAngelNextDoorSpoilsMeRotten

At its core #TheAngelNextDoorSpoilsMeRotten has always been a GENTLE show, and based on the tag before the first OP, it means to go on being that.

I am very OK with this.

(I do expect shameless displays like holding hands in public however)

Yep, #TheAngelNextDoorSpoilsMeRotten is back… and Amane remains as fundamentally honest as he’s always been…

Also clueless, but hey ASKING is a good sign.

Welp, I’m caught up in time for the new anime season on both #AscendanceOfABookworm and #TheAngelNextDoorSpoilsMeRotten
