Whoa. The local garden club plant sale was today and the pepper/tomato guys couldn't sell Thai Fish peppers for anything. He gave us 5 of them (we insisted they take something for them) because nobody wanted them. They are a #Maryland local pepper! How much greener, and easier, can you get?
The white parts on the leaves are how you know it's real 😁

I also made the first batch of scotch bonnet fish pepper peach hot sauce. And the second, with carrots I forgot on the first one.
Super easy, just peach, onion, a million peppers and some brine. Sits and waits a month or so, then blend boil and eat.
