However, if the goal is to make noone upset, then we'll never get anywhere with the Alto HSR project or any initiative for public benefit. Of the 10km wide section highlighted as being considered for the right of way, only a 60m wide section will be taken. I doubt farmers there will go bankrupt over the seizure.
