Four hooves clopped against the cobblestones as they approached the city, the cart rolling along behind.

"Well, we made good time." The woman at the seat of the cart said, "You were right, this was a good idea."

"We're still switching out before we leave this one," he reminded, "I'm your husband, not your pack-animal."

"Fine, fine, but you know, you really do take to it much better than I would." she waved her hand, which didn't look like it would be that sturdy as a hoof.

He snorted, "I'd take to it even better if you could find a stallion potion instead of mare ones." It was true: all the potions his companion had bought had been for female horses, and thus, his current body was that of a sleek and beautiful mare, a rather emasculating predicament he was simply taking in stride, on top of the fact that he was stuck on all fours with nothing remotely resembling hands, and pulling a cart to boot...
