My client cancelled, so I experimented on my own leg with white ink. There is still some blood mixed with the ink in the picture, when the redness fades the white will be a bit more visible.

White ink is advised against a lot by tattooers, because the end result isn't always as visible as ink with other pigments, and might not be as durable. I personally like the idea of a barely visible tattoo that might fade completely over time.
