I feel like I would be happier if I could figure out the differences between my migraines reliably and take painkillers for them accordingly.

Like - when do I have the most basic one that goes away with XY, when is it going to be hemiplegic and it needs XMP, and when is it a tension headache (also type of migrsine btw) that only gets worse if I take wrong painkillers and not a relaxant, and it gets so bad I can't even nap it off.
