@WooShell I have the same problem, just worse cuz Vodafone knows the CMTS is completely overloaded (>1500 subscribers instead if 512 maximum) since *at least 2019.

• Personally, I feel like I need to,escalate this to @BNetzA if not ask all the Neighbours if they too have this problem and would join in on a motion to nit only getbrefunded, but have Vidafinebfix their shit or pay for any costs of getting proper broadband connectivity equal to their advertisement.

In fact, if I were nit a #tennant but #owner I would've laid my own #FTTH with a pair if OS2 fibers for symmetric Ethernet 5+ years ago.

• Given how most connections timed out and didn't work at all, I was clearly under the impression that they fecked around with my traffic in order to falsely pretend it was indeed up and running fine.

I'm just glad my #SLA makes my bill go to €0,-- for each month it continues to be a problem, but TBH I'd rather have functional internet and pay them for it than dysfunctional "free" #Internet!

• And since I'm not #owner / #landlord but #tennant I sadly can't legally get the necessary works performed to alleviate the issue on my own (i.e. get a #fiber laid up to my balcony and have #broadband that way...

@burger_jaap the fact that there isn't #mandatory #Transparency like with #Gasoline #Prices (which have to be reported to @BMWK and @Kartellamt@social.bund.de) is a problem.

• Given the #EnergyDensity, this makes having or driving a #BEV even more expensive if one doesn't have a #Wallbox (i.e. being a #tennant with no parking space that is allowed to have that as per fire code)...
