I don't talk about my private life on here, but personal circumstances beyond my control from the past, oh, five-seven months have been a spectrum of "this is bad" to "what am I even doing anymore, why am I here." Got to the point where I didn't really want to create anymore, but...I caught up on some recent movies and. Well. There's a term in Japanese, リハビリ (rihabili, rehabilitation), that's used among artists when you're getting better after burn-out or when something is giving you extra strength to create. That's what best describes what overtook me as the thing that's kept me sane the last few months, but also made it so I haven't made much original work or porn LOL (And tbf, there will be more porn eventually.) That's right: I have outed myself as one of those crossover lover weirdos  Not only that but I ended up having some visits from childhood, as I made this up back then lol. I've been enjoying making art and comics for them--and I have more at different stages of art production for both-- and it's been fun playing in someone else's sandbox, a little small break from my usual trio of children. They're raring to come back but for the moment, it's been this.

Fun fact too: I have not colored in the style present in these two art pieces in, uh, a long while. I almost broke my hand.

Hey, Tenchi fans! Some of my good friends have created their own company in order to do exciting things--starting with licensing the American adaptation of Tenchi that Pioneer commissioned way back in the 90s!

Usually called "Pioneer comics," these were done for the series Moldiver, Phantom Quest Corp, El-Hazard and Tenchi. In this case, they're re-releasing the Pioneer comics for Tenchi in a snazzy omnibus collection! And it ships EVERYWHERE! (Except Japan. Because of course.)
