For my mobile phone service I use the Koodo telecartel (the "cheap" brand of Telus) and they're trying to get me to believe they're accurately tracking my usage when they display garbage like this.

I can also download the usage as Excel format but the idiots put units in each cell so they're treated as text and you have to create another column that strips that crapola off so that you can get totals. This is deliberate.

Only with Canada's telecartels does this price structure make any sense. Pay $149 for 30 GB of 4G data, or pay $100 to $150 MORE for just 12 GB of data; all other features are equal.

I’m watching a YouTube video of a person traveling in Angola. A billboard lists the price of 4GB of data as CA1.61. Meanwhile in Canada the #Koodo #telecartel (the “cheap” brand of #Telus) charges me $120 for the same amount on a prepaid plan (the lowest risk plan for them but also the lowest value for us because they hate prepaid customers since we don’t give them enough money each month). And the #CRTC is useless. 🖕🏻 the telecartels.

“T-Mobile said it will maintain Mint Mobile’s current pricing plans, which start at $15 per month for unlimited talk and text and up to 4 GB of data/month.”

That’s only a slightly better rate than the prepaid plan of $15/mon for unlimited text + $30/600 min + $30/GB I pay to Koodo, the “cheap” brand owned by the Canadian telecartel, Telus. 😏

We get 🍆 in the 🍑 by our telecartels.
