I’m sorry to say I totally missed this day. Thought it was Thursday.
But let’s be honest, this fight isn’t just for one day, it’s for every day.
I'm keenly aware of the advantages and privileges I have as a cis, white, middle class man and trans people deserve the same respect, care and rights as myself and anyone else.

I will do my best to speak up and stand with trans people. I hope you’ll join me.

On this Trans Day of Remembrance, we try to remind the world that trans people are dying everyday without acknowledgment. Many of us will attempt to honor their memory by giving life one more chance to fight for our right to a better future. A future where the idea that trans people deserve access to proper care, dignity, rights, and a roof over their heads, is not just an antagonizing tool for fascists to manipulate their way to power. Don’t let us to grieve alone. #TDoR2023
