They don't ever have to pay their own money yet they still won't lift a finger on #ClimateChange or any of the other wicked problems we face. They didn't lift a finger to help us during Covid, they just made more money than ever. Every cent (of not even their own money) goes to setting up even better and better deals for themselves every single day.
These are as greedy & reckless a set of humans as has ever walked the Earth, bar none.
The irony is that when you have more money than you could ever spend, you stop having to actually pay for things.
The world's richest man does exactly this day in day out, year in and year out. They all do.
@frankobert @boeckler_de Für mich ist das kein Aber: Die hier angeführte hohe Steuer- und Abgabenlast stellt ja einen Durchschnittswert der Gesamtbevölkerung dar, die nunmal - wie u. A in den Grafiken hier deutlich zu sehen - zu einer überwältigenden Mehrheit nicht superreich ist ;-)
Btw wenn auch die höchsten Einkommen z. B. in dieselbe Rentenkasse einzahlen würden könnten die Sozialabgaben im Verhältnis zum Einkommen niedriger sein...
