Canned our bramble jam, a mix of red and black raspberry and thimble berry and whatever our neighbors planted next to our fence that they don't harvest or maintain.
We ran out of jelly jars, so we had to mix it up.

Also reboiled the tomato sauce from yesterday. The ball lids have far less failures, but being disposable makes it not really worth it. Except when I'm tired.

Quince jelly and some more tomato sauce.

Two of the tattlers didn't seal. I'm thinking overfilled. I'll reboil them today and hope for different results.

My partner bought a rotisserie chicken, so we made stock with the bones.
5 liters from what would be trash.

Tattler lids sealed well, only one didn't.

Some tomato sauce found its way into my jars.

Something about putting your home grown produce into jars that will wait patiently for months to be eaten is "something."
I have a connection to my equipment and jars. Some of the equipment is older than me. Some of the jars were my grandfathers. Just a different way of looking at reusable.
