Il Tempo: Due ebrei accoltellati fuori dalla Sinagoga. Colpevole arrestato
Due ebrei ortodossi sono stati accoltellati fuori da una sinagoga a Golders Green, sobborgo a nord di Londra. Lo riferiscono diversi media israeliani come il Times of Israel. Secondo quanto riferito dallo Shomrim, organizzazione di sicurezza della comunità ebraica, i volontari sono intervenuti immediatamente riuscendo a fermare e trattenere il sospetto fino all'arrivo della polizia. Gli agenti - riporta la Bbc - hanno quindi utilizzato un taser per immobilizzare l'uomo che è stato arrestato. Secondo quanto riferito dallo Shomrim, organizzazione di sicurezza della comunità ebraica, "un uomo è stato visto correre lungo Golders Green Road armato di coltello e tentare di accoltellare alcuni passanti di religione ebraica". Lo stesso individuo sarebbe poi stato "immediatamente fermato" dal servizio di sicurezza e successivamente "la polizia è intervenuta usando un taser". Il sospettato sarebbe in questo momento in custodia.
Le vittime hanno ricevuto cure mediche da parte dell'organizzazione di soccorso Hatzola. L'area era già stata teatro di tensioni nelle scorse settimane, quando ambulanze della stessa Hatzola erano state incendiate nelle vicinanze del luogo dell'aggressione odierna.

Two ultra-Orthodox Jewish men were stabbed outside a synagogue in Golders Green, a suburb north of London. Several Israeli media outlets, including The Times of Israel, have reported the incident. According to Shomrim, the Jewish community’s security organization, volunteers immediately intervened, managing to apprehend and restrain the suspect until police arrived. Police – according to the BBC – then used a Taser to subdue the man, who was subsequently arrested. Shomrim, the Jewish community’s security organization, stated that “a man was seen running along Golders Green Road armed with a knife and attempting to stab several Jewish passersby.” The same individual was then immediately stopped by the security service and subsequently “the police intervened using a Taser.” The suspect is currently in custody.
The victims received medical treatment from the Hatzola rescue organization. The area had been the scene of tensions in recent weeks when ambulances belonging to the same Hatzola were set on fire near the location of today’s attack.
