Going through the rules of Slovenian Tarock.

I've introduced a coworker to the wonderful game #Tichu a few weeks ago and he immediately got passionate about #Tarock. He was convinced I'd love it, and so far I think I can see why. But oh man, this will be a tough game to teach my regular Tichu group 😅.

Meanwhile I've ordered the Piatnik 1903 Luxus Tarock deck. It just looks amazing and I should at least try to play a game right?

Tarock decks are weird. So, Tarot decks added an extra long trump suit to a deck of 4 suit 14 rank playing cards. But then got ported to a smaller size, usually referred to as a Tarock deck, which is 54 cards: All 22 cards of the tarot trump suit, but Ace-4 in the red suits, 7-10 in the black, and JCQK in both red and black suits. Just strange.
