TangerineUI is a very popular theme on Mastodon web UI.

There are a few versions as follows:

#Purple
#Lagoon
#Cherry

If you want to use these as a user, just install "live css" on Chrome or Firefox extensions and copy and paste the code into the live css extension and it will automatically change to the TangerineUI or whichever version you copy.

Made a Google Chrome extension last night that you put your Mastodon handle into (1) and then it will redirect posts and users from the listed Mastodon instances to open on your server (2), with an added bonus option of styling up your home server to use @TangerineUI (3)

Works okay so far, but not sure if to unleash it to the world.

#elk @elk が今年の1月のリリースを最後に更新が止まっていて、もうメンテナンスされていないんじゃないかという噂が。
シンプルで可愛いデザインで一時期使っていたので残念＆心配ではあるけど、 #Mastodon  のデフォルトの Web UI も大分デザインがこなれてきたし、 #TangerineUI とか #MastodonBirdUI みたいな  のカスタム #CSS も出てきたので、相対的に #Elk の存在意義みたいなものが薄れてしまっていた状況というのはあったような気はする。

#Phanpy のように、機能面でデフォルトの  の Web UI を超えるいろんな機能（外部サーバーからの見た目を一時的にエミュレートできたり、CatchUP 器用や、独自の投稿ドラフトの自動保存機能とか、複数アカウント切り換え機能とか）があれば差別化できたんだろうけど、その点 #Elk はそこまで通常の  Web UI と比較してリッチな機能が追加されてるわけじゃないからな…
いっそのこと、  のカスタム CSS テーマとしてリブートするみたいなほうがメンテナンスコストは小さくなりそう
