But...

Tandem Diabetes Care is failing all of their users of their Mobi insulin pump.

I know one person on their second replacement. I know one person that, after 2 replacements, switched systems. I know of one person who complained about issues known to plague this system, who I encouraged to contact Tandem, and got a replacement as a result.

I might be facing my second replacement soon.

Their Mobi insulin pump is garbage.

I know people who swear by the T:Slim X2. It seems like a robust insulin pump. Some have described it as a tank.

The Mobi? Seems like it's designed like a toy: It's designed to fail.

For a life sustaining device, this seems like a grotesque failure.

Hat wer eine Ahnung, was das sein könnte?
Immer, wenn wir auf dem Tandem an Steigungen ordentlich kräftig treten, tritt "hinten" ein helles metallisches Klicken auf. Mal vereinzelt, mal bei jedem Tritt.
"Hinten" können wir nicht genau lokalisieren, ich als Stokerin vermute das Geräusch noch hinter mir.
Ohne uns drauf ist das Klicken nicht reproduzierbar. Unser Schrauber sagt, TandeMartha hat nix.
