Believe me when I say: sometimes you really don’t want to know why your application got rejected.

Some of the “reasons” I hear make me wonder if people listen to themselves. The casual way candidates get kicked out of hiring processes is wild.

“Not the right energy.” “LinkedIn wasn’t updated.” “Didn’t play team sports.” …come on.

And the Recruiter is the one who has to relay this BS to the candidate.
