I am looking for an alternative for OneNote. Free or paid is not important yet. I am more looking for experiences.

What tool do you use and would you recommend? And which one absolutely not.

I'll be making notes on my laptop and mobile phone.

Now some time has passed and it's time to reflect and evaluate: was this a good experiment and will I continue?

Short answer: yes and yes. At least until Notion figures out offline usage.
