FBI Atlanta and *Indonesian* police took down w3ll[.]store.

The scheme centered on the "W3LL phishing kit," a tool sold for ~$500 that let criminals build fake login pages to steal usernames, passwords, and bypass security. An online marketplace called W3LLSTORE sold access to 25,000+ compromised accounts from 2019–2023. After the store shut down, the operation moved to encrypted messaging apps.

Between 2023–2024, the kit was used to target 17,000+ victims worldwide. On April 10, the alleged developer (identified only as "G.L.") was detained in Indonesia and the infrastructure was seized.

Be careful when self-hosting public PrivateBin on inexpensive lifetime shared hosting -- it's risky!

To be clear, i don't blame Xhosts.uk for this, this is completely my fault as i let my self-hosted PrivateBin public (which was meant for my personal use only) and even listed it for almost a year, which leads to some bad guy abusing it to post "CSAM" contents and got my 3.5£ lifetime hosting banned.
