Maybe someone from the #Taipei area can explain a strange occurrence that happened when I had a late lunch at the foodcourt of #Nangang train station at 3pm: there were consecutive announcements through the speakers that sounded like a warning or alert. Some diners got up and left the place quickly before a clerk came in and told everyone not to worry and that it was only a #drill.
