I might get an i.MX95 SMARC module instead of one of the MediaTek ones. Not because it's a better chip but because the Toradex doesn't make a MediaTek module, and their documentation looks better than Ezurio (formerly Laird, formerly BoundaryDevices). #embeddedLinux #SoM #SystemOnModule
Mouser is now stocking SMARC modules from Toradex. They have vastly more detailed datasheets publicly available than their competitors who either are unclear about what SMARC features are implemented, or require a professional e-mail address to get the real datasheet (or both).

There's already a #RiscV #SoM called the #MilkV Jupiter that's supposedly compatible with a #NvidiaJetson #carrierBoard, and now the #radxaN150 with an #x86 chip.

I'd be interested in seeing someone try various Jetson boards with the available modules.

Just as clarification: I'm obsessed with #SMARC #SystemOnModule because it specifies the power control and power states, while many proprietary SoMs either don't specify it or don't have it at all. And in particular, the Raspberry Pi CM4 has no sleep state at all. On or off are all you get.
I keep looking for moderately priced #SMARC #EmbeddedLinux #SystemOnModule with wifi for a #CyberDeck. It turns out Radxa (The RockPi people) *used* to make one, the Rock Pi N10, but they don't make any SMARC compatible boards anymore. 😐
