You want evidence of #systemicracism , well, there you have it: 600M£ for French anti-riot police forces to prevent refugees from crossing over the canal from France to England. Europe tries to subcontract the preservation of its borders to south-Mediterranean countries and Britain to Europe. All this to build a double or tripple layers fortress to prevent people from coming in, who are poor and of darker skin, and whose poverty we are all partially responsible for.

2019: a report exposed systemic racial bias within the Montreal police service. Former premier François Legault consistently rejected the concept of systemic racism in the province, saying in 2020: "There's no systemic discrimination, no system in Quebec of discrimination."

2026: The allegations include officers collecting pieces of locs that had been cut from individuals' hair during police interventions to keep as "trophies," and issuing tickets to citizens solely on the basis of their ethnic background...."That's pretty much the definition of systemic racism," Radio-Canada's Patrice Roy said to Fréchette during an on-air interview on Monday.

"No," the premier replied.

While the CAQ continues to shy away from the term, the mayor of Montreal has a different take. "Absolutely, there is systemic racism, profiling every day on the streets of Montreal," said Mayor Soraya Martinez Ferrada.

"To tackle that, we have to tackle social biases. It starts with acknowledging that they exist."

While the show the huxtables meant well, it didn't fully tackle the real world barriers or systematic oppression that black Americans face.
Which resulted in white audiences watching the show thinking that the huxtables who made it, did so because of their hard work, and other black Americans who aren't wealthy or successful, must be because they aren't trying hard enough.
Enlightened racism happens when a fictional, perfect image of success
is used to justify the myth that the American dream is equally easy for everyone, allowing people to ignore real world inequalities.

A moving walkway is a great metaphor for systemic racism. This allegory is from Dr. Beverly Daniel Tatum in her book “Why are all the black kids sitting together in the cafeteria?” Dr. Camara Jones extended the metaphor to include dismantling the system in her TED talk “Allegories on race and racism.”
