If you're asking about #Syncronicity, it is a term used by Jung to explain what appears to be a coincidence but too big to take seriously. Halpern's book applies the term to what Einstein called spooky action at a distance, or non locality which he insisted was impossible, but which we now know is real due to an experiment conducted by Aspect. Aspect got this year's Nobel Prize in physics for proving Einstein wrong about this.
