Today I delivered to a client the first installation of Sylve on FreeBSD that I have prepared. He knows well that we are still behind, but he wants to experiment.
For now, extremely satisfied!
Thank you, @hayzam !

Next Sylve release is shaping up to be a solid one!
We're utilizing the base WireGuard kernel module and PF to bring a richer networking experience, with support for traffic rules and NAT (SNAT, DNAT, BINAT).
The recording of the April 2nd, 2026 #bhyve Production User Call is up:
We discussed major #EDK2 updates, the long-awaited Sylve port, a #Sylve forum proposal, migrating from #TrueNAS to Sylve, a bhyve to the rescue story, Sylve Packet Filter integration and networking, Sylve use cases, and more!
"Don't forget to slam those Like and Subscribe buttons."

Sylve is now in the FreeBSD ports tree!
You can install it with `pkg install sylve`, or build it from ports: `cd /usr/ports/sysutils/sylve && make install clean`
Really happy to see this land; thanks to @dch for all his help porting this! 🙌
Wow, really liking #Sylve on FreeBSD.
Created a test VM and worked fine.
Blogged how I converted my #TrueNAS Core 13.3 to plain #FreeBSD 15 + #Sylve while keeping all the drives and data intact.
