Wiley: no license agreement in 2025
Negotiations with Wiley concerning their journal portfolio, including both hybrid and Open Access Gold journals, were initiated in early 2024 and did not result in a mutually acceptable agreement by March 2025.As the previous agreement expired on December 31, 2024, Switzerland now finds itself in a non-agreement situation with Wiley.

I wonder how that science is going to be done without thinking of software as a top-level object.
