Alles was #Krimimalisierung nach "#NordischesModell" ("#Sexkaufverbot") bringt ist #Mafia-Strukturen (siehe #Schweden) finanzieren da #Prostituierte faktisch härter bestraft werden als #Yakuza-Mitglieder in #Japan!

  • Ich stelle mir die Frage ob bei der #ARD jetzt komplett auf #Programmgrundsätze geschissen wird oder ob diese wissen dass der #Presserat faktisch seine Arbeit eingestellt hat weil dieser keine #Rügen mehr veröffentlicht!

Auch verhindert die Kriminalisierung die Durchsetzung von #Arbeitsschutz, Arbeiter*innenrechte, #Jugendschutz und entzieht damit den Ordnungsämtern die #Kontrollmöglichkeiten gemäß #Prostitutionsschutzgesetz & #Gewerbeaufsicht!

  • Stattdessen werden #OpferloseDelikte generiert und durch die Kriminalisierung werden Schutzmöglichkeoten zerstört!

Por fin conseguimos acorralar a una de nuestras #fems favoritas en el estudio de Radio Malva, Andrea Corrales Devesa: de punkinki alicantina a okupa transfeminista en karcelona, ahora es Doctora en Industrias de la Comunicación y Culturales, llevando una muy necesitada perspectiva #prosex y fem a la academia, sin olvidar sus orígenes disidentes. Divagamos sobre algunos de los temas que se tocan en sus dos libros que han salido este año, FEMS AQUÍ! (Ed. Avenate) y Putas Imágenes (Ed. Bellaterra): el rechazo a lo fem, las intersecciones entre expresión de género y clase social, las conexiones y complicidades desde los márgenes, Monique #Wittig y Joan #Nestle grandes referentes lesbianas.   • Just like earth doesn't become less round because be allow flatearthers to roam freely.

The problems cited are precisely becaise of said criminalization, as only a legalozed marked can be controlled, regulated and where necessary policed.

  • It's absurd prohibiotion logic that defies the logic, regardless if sexwork, weapons or drugs.

Instead organized crime gets yet another industry to rentseek and control because landlords get penalized if they rent out a condo to a sexworker (even if they never use it for their work) among other things.

  • All it does is put sexworkers in a precarious position and thus make them prey for said organized crime as they can't use legal services.

The supply and demand doesn't change, but instead of society as a whole or the state said organized crime gets to charge an absurdly high tax rate.

  • This isn't even that hard. Ask ANY Sexworkers (past or present) and the overwhelming majority will confirm this.

But that would necessitate talking with them, not about them!

  • Given you just vomited into my mentions AGAIN I see no reason to unblock you but merely note this as ban evasion since you doubled-down on regurgitating proven bullshit instead of asking yourself "Why did I get blocked? Is it because I did the Fediverse equivalent of 'throwing feces at someone's front door whilst driving-by'??"

#TERF y #SWERF son dos conjuntos de odiadores seriales en potencia. Si, de esos que después terminan pidiendo el rociado de villas con napalm porque los #pobres les dan asco y no los tocarían ni con una rama. Solo que estos grupos además se escudan en el #feminismo para ejercer su #odio.

Como habitante de un país en el cual el odio sin control ha demostrado tener efectos catastróficos, solo me queda decir que para los odiadores seriales solo hay dos lugares posibles: las instituciones psiquiátricas o los cementerios. :3
