Steak Tartare topped with salted egg yolk, capers, samphire, and crispy shallots; Oysters on the half shell; crushed peas with mint and chilli; braised lotus root and bamboo shoots; tempura scraps; cassava crisps with lime; tapenade; zhug; alioli.
