Using Styrian Goldings and East Kent Goldings hops, plus Norwegian Kveik yeast to enhance the flavours (and speed up the brewing process) we've already gone through one cask in a week!

*Huseier is the Norwegian word for "landlord"

New on the taps tonight, #BloodyNora, a tasty blood orange IPA from #HopUnionBrewery. Plus the handpulls will be back in action with Mini Moose Session Pale Ale and Black Flower Vanilla Stout, also from Hop Union. With mezze sharing platters from #RealOliveCo available ahead of our #NewOrleans menu weekend from #LeonasBespokeCatering, seems like a pretty relaxing Thursday, with nary a rose in sight.
