"#Russians struck a residential neighborhood with modified jet-powered drones, deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure," the regional military administration said.

The attacks caused extensive damage to the city's civilian infrastructure. A residential apartment building was partially destroyed. Emergency responders rescued two people from the rubble.
Another airstrike hit the grounds of an educational institution. Nearby apartment buildings, private property, and vehicles were also damaged.
