This might be the lightest roast I’ve ever tried (the photo doesn’t do it justice). Brewed it in the #Suiren dripper. Quite sweet with a delicate acidity. Perfect for those who love a gentle cup, but I'd prefer something more bright.

It's hard to agree on the "perfect" #coffee bean, but for me, a good bean means I don’t need to obsess over recipes, weights, grind sizes, or temperatures to enjoy a great cup.
#Java Atieq Lactic is just that kind of bean. I brewed it with #Origami, #Suiren, and #AeroPress. Results varied, some were better than others, but never disappointing.

Fazenda do Salto is a century-old #coffee farm, owned by the Reis family. It embodies Brazilian coffee tradition with vast coffee fields and a passion for quality.
This blend of Arara and Catuai is naturally processed with 56 hours of anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel. The #Suiren #dripper brings out a medium body and chocolate sweetness.

Another Brazilian coffee. Brewed it using my new Hario Suiren dripper. In terms of performance capabilities, it’s almost identical to the Origami, and I didn’t notice much difference in taste either. But it looks interesting. A nice addition to my collection.
