Suggestions wanted: I’m planning to take roughly a week to do some fast-packing somewhere in the US Mountain West next summer. What 100-150 mile loop or point-to-point with shuttle options would you try if you had the opportunity? My bias is toward high altitude and remote. Established trails are optional. Driving distance from Denver area is another big plus.
I am looking to stock my, currently very empty, Ko-Fi shop, and I would love to hear from fellow TTRPG enthusiasts, RPers, art collectors, general nerds, etc, to find out what kinds of things YOU want to buy, or buy for your loved ones. I know that art is expensive, so I'm looking for suggestions so that I can offer useful things, AND earn some pocket money!
Please check out my blog post, and perhaps leave a comment!
What should I put on my butternut squash puree with chopped artichoke hearts and cheese pasta to zhuzh it up? Tired of hot sauce and red pepper flakes.

Anyone know a chess app on iOS that isn't riddled with ads, that has two player, (as in offline two player) and has a save progress functionality?
It's infuriating that the macOS chess app isn't on iOS as that would be so perfect.
On Android there's one called Chessboard by Bazoef. It would have ads but then hey android lets you disable the network access for apps so that stops the ads.
Tried out lichess, which is awesome.. buuuuut the game dragged on beyond a week and the browser session got lost so it no longer recognised.. as it's session based to recognise you're this player and that player.. whereas if it was link based where you have your own link, player two has their own link, then there would be no issue.
But now what I'm doing is, just putting our moves in a thread instead, so we just use whatever two player app we desire.
If there's a browser one available, which again can save a session, that'd be great.. that'd be the best.
Need to have the letter/number display though.
It's a shame lichess isn't unique link based per player rather than a single link for a game that then is session based which will get lost if it drags on beyond a week.
Lately I've been quick #pickling things like #cucumber, red #onions, #bellpeppers, #tomato and even #carrots, all thinly sliced and covered with sugar, salt, vinegar and maybe some pepper, for as long as it takes in between preparing it and the rest of dinner.
Usually it gets finished off along with dinner, or if any is left, it would be gone come lunch time the next day. Definitely not meant for long-term storage.
Now I'm looking for suggestions for other #veggies that don't take a long time cleaning and can easily be sliced up and added to the vinegar.
