I've created a non-dairy ice cream recipe using coconut cream from Aroy-D, the only brand on the market that I know of that doesn't have any crap in it. 1 liter c cream, 3 egg yolks, sweetener (I use monkfruit and allulose.) Stir well. Add whatever flavors you want, and mix. Makes 2 batches in my 2 cup ice cream maker. I freeze this in 1/2 cup portions. #icecream #lactosefree #nondairy #sugerfree #coconut
