Sighted in #CaptainAmerica / #IronMan c1967: an add for a #pet #squirrelmonkey. This reminds me of a relative who decided it would be a good idea to have #sugargliders as #pets before randomly releasing them into the woods. This stuff is upsetting because most people have no clue how to properly care for #animals.
The gliders are expected to arrive in #Methuen on Wednesday and will be made available for adoption as soon as they are ready, hopefully later this week! Weβll update our socials with their progress.

NEW: Weβve got 51 sugar gliders coming to our Nevins Farm adoption center this week! They were rescued from a breeder last spring in Puerto Rico, where it is illegal to have them as #pets. The gliders were transferred to the Humane Society of the United States, which is caring for them until they will be brought to Massachusetts by St. Huberts #Animal Welfare Center. 1/
UPDATE: All of our available sugar gliders have been adopted! We'll have more boys that will be available later this week and girls available early next month. Stay tuned for updates π
