Icebox Pinwheels from Baking Yesteryear. Not bad. I'd give this recipe a 7.5 out of 10. I prefer my cookies a little sweeter. I think if I tweak the recipe a little by adding more sugar and/or using a sweeter chocolate they'd be perfect for me. It was neat making a recipe from the 1930's. Excuse my cookie's appearance as I'm not great at rolling up swirls. They are halfway decent though.

I've decided to make Icebox Pinwheels from Baking Yesteryear. It's a recipe from the 1930's and can be found on page 99 in the book. It's a pretty easy recipe so far. They'll be done tomorrow (they chill overnight) so I'll report back tomorrow after I bake and eat them.

I like that there are breaks in this recipe. Having POTS means I have to go slow in the kitchen. This recipe is pretty accessible for me.
