To end the day, a few roses from the seafront gardens. The perfume was incredible, as was the sunshine. The best of the day was definitely before 9 am. We've had a lot of rain since.

Awake early (very strange dream about an attempted murder of a young policeman committed by a mayoral candidate who was being sponsored by a consortium of Londis shopkeepers) so up and out. Done an hour of walking, clocked up 6k steps and it's not even 9 o'clock yet!!!

Stopping for #breakfast now before walking back to Josie and Clio.

I've been to see the sea! First time since I got here on Thursday afternoon. Been feeling much better today - the effects of withdrawal from sertraline have reduced to ringing in the ears, and the occasional head rattle if I move my eyes too rapidly.

Started to paint the shower room today. Every room is getting the same treatment now - a blue feature wall (Aegean) and three walls beige (Potters Clay). The redecorating will continue tomorrow but now it's time for tea and biscuits. Pax!

Had confirmation today that Josie will be moving pitch in the Autumn for site improvement work. I'll be sad to leave Willow Rise, but excited for a new location on the park too. It's going to be very strange having a different view outside the same inside!
