2026 has been full of significant stress stemming from work instability and personal challenges, including my son's ASD diagnosis. The lengthy and costly process of seeking support has been frustrating. It's also left me reassessing my own potential neurodiversity, to seek understanding and strategies to navigate their circumstances and support my son effectively.
