John Lennon's Rock & Roll album cover features the blurred images of George & Paul. The third ghostly figure is Stuart Sutcliffe, the bass player who left the band to pursue a career as an artist. Sutcliffe had a massive influence on the band & also appears on the Sgt. Pepper cover. He died, tragically, at 21.
