I just had my first all-green day of #weightlifting since taking three months off to let my foot heal from surgery. I'm restarting at 30% of my PB to test the waters. Should be able to safely increase from here without aggravating things.

Feels amazing. I missed it very much.

Failed the overhead press at this weight. Did 5, 5, 3, 4, 3.

I think I'm going to drop the weight on the lat pull down as well, my form isn't great.
