So this past Tuesday I ran my second session of my new #Pathfinder2e game! It's going well. Folks seem to dig the 3 Action economy, and character creation seems to have been a breeze for most people.

I'm running a basically unrecognizable hack of the #StrengthOfThousands #AdventurePath for the record. They're just settling in to the Magabaya, and things are about to get weird.

Alright. My #PF2e game is going to start in three weeks. I'm starting them on the #StrengthOfThousands #AdventurePath, but this group loves nothing more than coloring outside the lines, so I have no idea how long we'll actually be at the Magambya.

There's nothing like a combat encounter I can count on getting to in the first session, but these guys love a good scrap, so I'm adding one in.

Right now, I'm thinking of sending them to clear out a large storage room that has (unbeknown to the person sending them to do it) become infested with giant silverfish.

@magicitems so I'm about to run #PF2e #StrengthOfThousands and I don't think Wombats are indigenous to the Mwangi expanse.

Despite this terrible absence, I will find a way to work Drums of the Wombat into the game.

So I'm reading the #Pathfinder2e adventure Threshold of Knowledge, which I'm going to use to bolster and upcoming #StrengthOfThousands campaign for my local group. As always the writing is top notch.

The adventure opens, however, with a race against a dwarf, and I'm kinda like… okay, how do I convince my party of adventurers, all of whom have a move speed of 25 feet, that they're having trouble keeping up with a dude in full plate with a move of 20 feet?

I… I'm just gonna make the dude a Gnoll or a Grippli or something with a full 25 foot speed.

It's not a huge issue, it just seems like a really weird choice for the adventure.

Neu bei meinen gedruckten #pnpde #Rollenspiele Büchern: #Pathfinder2e "Hort des Wissens" von Jabari Weathers. Auch auf deutsch hier ein Abenteuer in der Zauberschule Maagambya auf #Golarion - bei #ProjektMyra so wie #StrengthOfThousands an der MSM auf #Karcanon ansiedelbar. Das Abenteuer gibt es bei #UlissesSpiele für unsagbar günstige unter 5€ für die gedruckte Version, solange Vorrat reicht. Nachgedruckt wird es nicht.

Wie man im Hintergrund sehen kann: mehr #Zauberschule = mehr gut.
