Ok, so I have a hot take for you. The passenger experience at #Eurostar #StPancras is, at best, mediocre. Above you, out of sight is the amazing train shed, but you can’t see that when you’ve checked in, because you’re kept in the dungeon , waiting for time to board, which is 20 minutes before departure, but we’re implied to arrive 80 mins before departure and as a result, the dungeon is over full, with just two trainloads of pax. Competition can’t come soon enough. 4/n
