And I successfully did almost everything on my list today :)
I didn't end up juggling plungers, but I really enjoyed passing with @RussSharek. We threw a lot of garbage, and caught a lot of it too!
I got some of the supporting muscles for external shoulder rotation really worked. They've clearly what hasn't yet come back. I'll have to be gentle with them, but I'm excited to be getting them working without further injury.
I also had a blast being back up on stilts. I only played around for about 15 minutes or so as a warm up, but it's fun to be tall. I played with some isolations, but didn't push myself hard, just enjoyed dancing and walking around. Got me warm and ready to do the more stretch-centric parts of my workout though, which in this weather and a big room heated purely by radiators, was a big win.
The rest of it went about as expected, and I'm pretty happy with it.
