nach dem urlaub..... 10 tage im südlichen allgäu direkt am fuß der alpen waren dann doch ganz klar zu kurz. immer wieder großartige aussichten, alte bäume, klare und lebendige bäche mit köstlich kühlem wasser, wege über wurzeln, steine, felsen..... der nächste sommerurlaub ist gebucht, und eins steht jetzt schon fest: die kleinen, extrem leckeren köstlichkeiten von der pâtisserie herzwerk in altstädten werden wir uns auf jeden fall gönnen😋

as part of my training in psychology (occupational therapist), we had the task of organising a double lesson on a topic from developmental psychology. my wonderful neighbour and i are teaching the rest of the class tomorrow on the topic of adolescence - and i'm looking forward to it!
why am i telling you this?
the girl i was in my adolescence, and also the woman i was until a few years ago, would never have imagined this, she wouldn't have dared to do it at all.
whether the lesson goes well tomorrow or not, it doesn't matter. tomorrow i'll be at the front, i'll be a bit excited.... and I'll have these inner parts of me with me and show them what they're made of. and I'll be damn proud of myself.... because I'm going down this path now, despite all the self-doubt.
