I haven't listened to all of this yet, just the first ten minutes (the interview is 56 mins long), what I heard so far is really good. Eye opening. Our gut health is so important: affecting everything from mental health, to our general well-being (brain fog and tiredness after eating, are big symptoms. Who knew?). I know I want to improve my diet, this is emphasising that I really need to get around to it!
