got my #StationeryExchange package from @moss the other day. It was so fun! I was not expecting a package at all (had totally forgotten about the exchange after I sent mine out tbh). I adore this beautifully curated package. And I got a card that @inherentlee made, which made me squeal with delight.

i got some cool greeting cards and postcards incl. a very very cute raccoon one. when i'm out of bed i'll show the raccoon one and the best postcard :))

I just discovered that I'm only allowed to add five different types of items for sending things to the US. That's a ... Challenge... For the #stationeryExchange . I did a workaround writing things like "tape, stickers and stamps", and I realise that's a risk and it might be returned, but not writing something and having it x-rayed is also a risk so I went for writing as much as possible. 😬😬😬

What's the #stationeryExchange custom on getting further information from the person you're sending to? Ask them and reveal your identity or go through someone? I don't want to create extra work for @inherentlee but I do honestly have a few questions.

If you're participating in a project and don't see *both* the emails sent - 1 being rules, 2 being assignments - TALK TO ME PLS.

alternate shorthand hashtag for siblinghood is #sottgc so feel free to use either if posting about it!

calling it:

#stationeryExchange signups will close on December 15th, and assignments will arrive by no later than January 1st. Same schedule as the #siblinghoodOfTheTravelingGreetingCard so I can *somewhat* keep my timelines straight.

@valthonis do you know about airtable? not that I don't love me some postgres, but airtable is damn quick to pick up, lower technical barrier but still very powerful, has its own forms and automation, and other neat features. I used it for all the management for #rescueTransRescue and #fediZineFest and am currently using it for #stationeryExchange and #siblinghoodOfTheTravelingGreetingCard ..... I do a lot of projects 😅
