$?|¡† ƒ|4? (52x60) is an art installation that reinvents the classic “split-flap” display technology, familiar to many from train station arrival and departure boards, in a contemporary and artistic format. The installation creates an imaginative universe where the audience can step inside and let themselves be surrounded by sounds, mechanical movements, and abstract animations. The project explores multimedia experiences at the intersection between the analog and the digital.

Premiered at Børneklang #klangfestival november 2025

Recorded with a insta360x4 camera and Zoom H8 with ambisonic microphone on November 8, 2025 at Børnekulturhus A'mar in Copenhagen.

(vessels)2 is the second piece in the (vessels) workseries, but the first to be premiered. The piece is scored for two vssl, a “perceptual” sampler and granular synthesizer that I have been developing since 2023. This performance will also be a premiere of the instrument! 🎛️

(vessels) are always moving from A to B to all the other places they have to be. 🚢🛳️

The piece has been in the works for over a year. We met with Katerina Anagnostidou and Marta Soggetti in 2024 to record extensive sound libraries based around snare drum and bass drum 🥁The recordings were then edited and processed and loaded into vssl to create the final composition. ✂️🔉🤖✨

TIL:VÆRKS er etableret som en fysisk platform for kunstnerisk udforskning af sanser, materialitet og rumlighed i spændingsfeltet mellem arkitektur og kunsthåndværk/design. TIL:VÆRKS vil dyrke et fagligt, taktilt og analogt nærvær, med udstillinger der spænder fra det rent kunstneriske eller metodiske eksperiment, til nye konkrete indspark i vores fælles fysiske virkelighed. Med appel til både fagfolk som til rum- og materialeentusiaster – og dem der endnu ikke ved at de er det.
