Il Tempo: Garlasco, la nuova ipotesi ribalta tutto: "Chiara non aperto al suo assasino"

SI è sempre detto che Chiara Poggi aveva aperto la porta alla persona che l'avrebbe uccisa. Ma è davvero così? La ragazza uccisa il 13 agosto 2007 a Garlasco potrebbe non avrebbe aperto volontariamente la porta al suo assassino. È l'ultima pista che gli inquirenti starebbero valutando a un anno dalla riapertura delle indagini sul delitto che vedono indagato Andrea Sempio per omicidio in concorso. Lo riporta TgCom24 secondo cui il momento centrale è quello che scatta alle 9.12 del 13 agosto quando, stando agli atti dei processi terminati con la condanna dell'allora fidanzato Alberto Stasi, Chiara  disattiva l'allarme della villetta. Un orario da sempre preso come riferimento per l'ingresso dell'assassino nella casa. L'ipotesi alternativa al vaglio degli investigatori è che la ragazza avrebbe disattivato l'allarme per garantire più libertà di movimento ai gatti che la famiglia Poggi aveva in casa. Dunque non è detto che l'assassino fosse una persona conosciuta dalla vittima. 

Ma allora come è entrato - o sono entrati - in casa? L'ipotesi in questo senso è che il killer abbia scavalcato il muro di cinta, nascondendosi in giardino e attendendo il momento opportuno per entrare e aggredire la 26enne. Due elementi danno corpo alla tesi. Da una parte l'abbigliamento di Chiara, troppo informale e non compatibile con la visita di una persona, anche se conosciuta. Dall'altra, la nota testimonianza di una vicina che disse di aver visto una bicicletta nera appoggiata sul muro della villetta a un'ora in cui l'allarme ancora risultava inserito.  L'ipotesi, va detto, entra in gioco anche in virtù della consulenza Cattaneo, che ipotizzerebbe una difesa da parte di Chiara. 

E quale sarebbe il movente? Nelle ultime settimane si è data grande attenzione al computer della vittima. Tre video privati del 2006 erano stati salvati e poi nascosti in una cartella a cui si poteva accedere solo dopo aver digitato una password, ricordaTgCom24. Poco prima del delitto questa cartella era stata resa "invisibile" e trasferita su una memoria Usb esterna, di cui si è persa ogni traccia. Secondo la difesa di Stasi qualcuno potrebbe aver visionato o sottratto i video prima di farli scomparire. Ma hi? E chi ne era a conoscenza?

It has always been said that Chiara Poggi had opened the door to the person who would kill her. But is that really the case? The girl killed on August 13, 2007, in Garlasco, might not have voluntarily opened the door to her killer. This is the latest lead that investigators are considering a year after the reopening of the investigation into the crime, which they suspect Andrea Sempio of involvement in murder. This is reported by TgCom24, according to which the central moment is that which occurs at 9:12 am on August 13, when, according to the proceedings concluded with the conviction of her then-boyfriend Alberto Stasi, Chiara deactivated the alarm of the villa. But then how did he – or they – enter the house? The hypothesis in this sense is that the killer climbed over the fence, hiding in the garden and waiting for the opportune moment to enter and attack the 26-year-old. Two elements support this theory. On the one hand, Chiara’s clothing, too informal and incompatible with a visit by a person, even if known. On the other hand, the testimony of a neighbor who said she had seen a black bicycle leaning against the wall of the villa at a time when the alarm was still active. The hypothesis also comes into play thanks to the Cattaneo consultancy, which would suggest that Chiara was defending herself.

And what would be the motive? In recent weeks, great attention has been paid to the victim’s computer. Three private videos from 2006 had been saved and then hidden in a folder that could only be accessed after entering a password, as TgCom24 recalls. Shortly before the crime, this folder had been made “invisible” and transferred to a USB drive, which has been completely lost. According to Stasi’s defense, someone may have viewed or stolen the videos before they were made disappear. But who? And who knew about it?

Il Tempo: Garlasco, la profezia a Quarto Grado: "Il pc di Chiara farà grandi danni"

Il movente dell'omicidio di Chiara Poggi è nel suo computer? C'entrano i video intimi girati con il fidanzato Alberto Stasi? Erano nel pc nella sua casa a Garlasco, ma anche in una pennetta usb. Chi potrebbe averli visti? Le recenti analisi informatiche sul pc della ragazza uccisa il 13 agosto 2007 sono al centro della puntata di venerdì 3 aprile di Quarto Grado, il programma condotto da Gianluigi Nuzzi su Rete 4. "Penso che dal computer di Chiara verranno fuori delle verità che avranno un peso. Superiore a quello che abbiamo detto finora? Penso che il computer di Chiara farà grandi danni"; afferma il giornalista Carmelo Abbate. 

Il conduttore gli chiede conto di questa affermazione. "Perché farà danni?". Nel caso "farà verità". Abbate argomenta: "Farà danni a qualcuno, a chi ha voluto far passare una teoria, a chi ha detto sempre qualcosa che magari potrebbe essere smentito", è la "profezia" del giornalista che sembra indicare le prove informatiche come possibile chiave dii volta per il caso. Ricordiamo che Stasi è stato condannato in via definitiva per l'omicidio ma c'è un indagato, Andrea Sempio, per omicidio in concorso con lui e con altri. 

Nella puntata si parla anche di una circostanza che da tempo incuriosisce pubblico e osservatori. I genitori di Chiara Poggi vivono ancora nella stessa casa. "Quando sono andato a trovarli, sono rimasto stupito non del loro stile, della loro educazione, ma del fatto che vivano esattamente lì e che nulla è cambiato in quella casa così piccola, negli ambienti, che non può non riportarti a quel giorno tutte le mattine quando ti alzi", osserva il conduttore che chiede un parere allo psichiatra Massimo Picozzi:  "Psicologicamente cos'è?". "Nella maggior parte dei casi implica un'incapacità a resistere, a continuare a vivere in quel luogo. Però ci sono dei casi in cui sembrerebbe tradire la memoria della persona che ha perso la vita", spiega l'esperto. Può scattare un meccanismo psicologico diverso: "Non si può lasciare sola Chiara, anche se lì non c'è più il corpo", conclude Picozzi.

Were they in the PC in her house in Garlasco, but also on a USB flash drive? Who could have seen them? The recent computer analyses of the girl murdered on August 13, 2007, are at the center of the April 3rd episode of Quarto Grado, the program conducted by Gianluigi Nuzzi on Rete 4. “I think that truths will come out from Chiara’s computer that will have a weight. Greater than what we have said so far? I think Chiara’s computer will cause great damage,” says journalist Carmelo Abbate.

The host asks him to account for this statement. “Why will it cause damage?” In the case of “it will reveal the truth.” Abbate argues: “It will damage someone, those who wanted to make a theory pass, those who always said something that might be disproven,” is the “prophecy” of the journalist that seems to indicate computer evidence as a possible key to the case. We remember that Stasi was definitively convicted of the murder, but there is a suspect, Andrea Sempio, for murder in concert with him and others.

The episode also discusses a circumstance that has long intrigued the public and observers. Chiara Poggi’s parents still live in the same house. “When I went to visit them, I was amazed not by their style, their education, but by the fact that they still live there and that nothing has changed in that small house, in the rooms, that doesn’t not bring you back to that day every morning when you wake up,” observes the host, asking for an opinion from psychiatrist Massimo Picozzi: “Psychologically, what is it?” “In most cases, it implies an inability to resist, to continue living in that place. However, there are cases in which it would seem to betray the memory of the person who has lost their life,” explains the expert. A different psychological mechanism can trigger: “You can’t leave Chiara alone, even if there is no longer a body there,” concludes Picozzi.

Alberto Stasi per anni è stato dipinto come il "biondino dagli occhi di ghiaccio" che chiama il 118 con una voce, secondo molti, troppo calma per uno che ha trovato la fidanzata uccisa in casa a Garlasco. Come sappiamo l'ex bocconiano è stato condannato per l'omicidio di Chiara Poggi ma una nuova inchiesta indaga su scenari alternativi che hanno al centro Andrea Sempio, amico del fratello della vittima. A fornire delle indicazioni sulla personalità di Stasi  è una sua professoressa al liceo in una lettera alla trasmissione Ore 14 Sera condotta ieri in prima serata su Rai 2 da Milo Infante.

 "Stasi non era affatto senza emozioni, se veniva interrogato si agitava e gli tremava la voce, riconsegnava i compiti umidi di sudore. La telefonata al 118 la mattina dell'omicidio? Era quella la sua voce", scrive la donna, che non vuole essere nominata. È stata insegnante di Stasi fino alla quinta del liceo scientifico Angelo Omodeo di Mortara. "Ho un ottimo ricordo di Stasi come allievo e come persona - ha sottolineato la professoressa nella lettera -. Come persona era sempre molto educato e mai aveva una parola fuori posto, il classico ragazzo di buona famiglia che era stato allevato nel migliore dei modi. Come allievo era molto preciso e puntuale nel suo lavoro scolastico e non mi è mai capitato di riprenderlo per qualche mancanza. Durante le interrogazioni pur essendo sempre preparato si agitava e gli tremava la voce".

"Vorrei dire a chi lo giudica per la sua telefonata al 118 la mattina del delitto, telefonata che può sembrare fredda e senza emozioni - ha aggiunto - che quella è proprio la sua voce. E a chi lo definisce il 'biondino dagli occhi di ghiaccio' posso assicurare che non era affatto un ragazzo senza emozioni. Anzi, posso raccontarvi un aneddoto: dopo ogni compito in classe i suoi fogli erano sempre umidi di sudore dall'agitazione". "Da mamma - ha concluso la professoressa - posso solo immaginare quale sia il dolore dei genitori di Chiara. Ma allo stesso modo posso solo immaginare che cosa la signora Elisabetta Ligabò, la mamma di Alberto, abbia dovuto soffrire in questi anni. Sono convinta da sempre che Alberto sia innocente. E credo che tutti coloro che lo conoscono almeno un po' la pensino come me".

For years, Alberto Stasi has been portrayed as the "blondie with ice-blue eyes" who called the 118 with a voice, according to many, too calm for someone who found his girlfriend murdered in the house in Garlasco. As we know, the former Bocconian was convicted of the murder of Chiara Poggi, but a new investigation is examining alternative scenarios centered around Andrea Sempio, the brother of the victim’s friend. A professor who taught Stasi at the high school in a letter to the *Ore 14 Sera* broadcast, conducted last night in prime time on Rai 2 by Milo Infante, provides insights into Stasi’s personality.

“Stasi was by no means without emotions; when questioned, he would fidget and his voice would tremble, he would return his assignments soaked with sweat. The call to the 118 on the morning of the murder? That was his voice,” writes the woman, who doesn’t want to be named. She was Stasi’s teacher until the fifth year of the Angelo Omodeo scientific high school in Mortara. “I have an excellent memory of Stasi as a student and as a person – the professor stated in the letter – As a person, he was always very polite and had never said anything out of place, the typical well-bred boy who had been raised in the best way. As a student, he was very precise and punctual in his schoolwork, and I never had to reprimand him for any shortcomings. During interrogations, although always prepared, he would fidget and his voice would tremble.”

“I would like to say to those who judge him based on his phone call to the 118 on the morning of the crime, a call that may seem cold and without emotions – she added – that that is indeed his voice. And to those who call him the "blondie with ice-blue eyes" I can assure you that he was by no means a boy without emotions. In fact, I can tell you an anecdote: after every class assignment, his papers were always damp with sweat from his anxiety.” “As a mother – the professor concluded – I can only imagine what pain the parents of Chiara must have felt. But in the same way, I can only imagine what Mrs. Elisabetta Ligabò, Alberto’s mother, has had to suffer in these years. I have always been convinced that Alberto is innocent. And I believe that all those who know him even a little bit think as I do.”
