Italian spiced tofu-tomato mix over a bed of red lentil penne, topped with melted non-dairy Italian cheeses
plus
pureed veggie soup:
red and yellow sweet bell peppers, carrots, peas, roasted onions, mushrooms, and chick peas.
Small smoothie: 1/2 a banana, ice, tsp of peanut butter, a spoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and oat milk
