Here's a comparison of the Doctor's mobile emitter, as seen in 2374 in #StarTrekVOY's "Concerning Flight"↖️, in 2385 in #StarTrekProdigy's "Cracked Mirror"↗️ and in 3192 in #StarfleetAcademy's "Rubincon"⬇️, where the prop seems to be changed slightly and the front and back are seen.
