Taibak's Romulan uniform in #StarTrekTNG's "The Mind's Eye"⬅️ is made from the same new material also used for Admiral Mendak's uniform, seen earlier in "Data's Day"➡️, just with one less strap. We never find out Taibak's rank but he must be outranked by Admiral Mendak (strap-wise). 😜

Here's a look at the extra playing Sela in the original ⬅️ and remastered ➡️ versions of #StarTrekTNG's "The Mind's Eye". After brightening up the footage, the extra (according to Memory Alpha played by Debra Dilley, here seen in "Lessons") can be seen a little better in the remastered version.

The stakes couldn't be any higher in #StarTrekTNG's "A Matter of Time" as the life of more than 20 million people on Penthara IV is in danger, so Picard is playing with his ready room crystal and looking out the window when asking Rasmussen for some future knowledge about what to do. 🧵 1/5

As can be seen, particularly in season 5 of #StarTrekTNG, Picard only plays with his crystal in very tense situations, either tense for him personally or in cases were the lives of many people are at stake. He enounters similar situations in seasons 6 + 7 but never plays with the crystal again. 5/5

In #StarTrekTNG's "The Mind's Eye"↖️, Sela (played by a stand-in) stills wears a Romulan uniform made from the same generic material seen in earlier episodes ("Contagion"↙️, "Data's Day"↘️). When she later appears in "Redemption I+II"↗️. her uniform is made from a newand shiny material.
